Based in the DC-area, The Happy Booker covers readings and literary events with a smattering of book reviews, author visits, literary interviews and an occasional iPod playlist.

The care and feeding of this blog falls to writer Wendi Kaufman. Wendi's fiction has appeared in The New Yorker, Fiction, Other Voices, New York Stories and other literary journals.
